Are you looking for a way to conduct your inservice or continuing education training in a live virtual format? Xcellable's Learning Management System has integrated Jitsi messenger and Skype to allow live virtual training sessions from within an online training course. This feature is available to all course creators, training officers and instructors without the need for additional purchase.

To use Jitsi, turn editing on, then add a new activity or resource. Select Jitsi from the list, then configure your settings: date/time, etc... and save changes. Your new Jitsi activity will appear on your course homepage, accessible to all participants.

To use Skype, the presenter and all participants must add their Skype username to their Xcellable user profile. The system will then allow participants to Skype in one-on-one or group meetings using your own Skype account.

Online options for emergency responder training are more important now than ever. Pandemic aside, emergency responders often work multiple jobs, some requiring significant drive time from one to the next and taking the time to attend live face-to-face training takes away from the already limited free time they have to spend with family. That’s why we at Xcellable have created an online learning management system to help your EMS, Fire or Police agency offer virtual training that your staff or volunteer members can attend virtually. Creating online training is a simple as recording a voice-over on a Powerpoint presentation, setting your options and requirements and uploading test/quiz questions. For EMS agencies, we are CAPCE accredited and offer CEH for programs that meet the accreditation criteria. For more information, visit www.xcellable.com.
