The Learning Management System for Emergency Responders

Train Your Staff More Efficiently... From Anywhere

Training for an emergency service organization is comparable to herding cats. Long hours and difficult days mean that your staff don't want to sit through another lecture on their day off to meet their training requirements. Then factor in the percentage of your workforce that has a second job and scheduling training just became a certifiable nightmare. With Xcellable you can create a custom training page for your department and allow your staff 24/7 access from anywhere they have an internet connection.

The Most Efficient and Comprehensive Way to Train Your Staff Online

We've got it all covered. Need to present a Powerpoint with voice-over, or show a video? We can do that. Quizzes to ensure that your staff actually completed the activities? We can do that. How about scheduling face-to-face skills sessions? Video conferencing? Keeping records of completed training? We can do all of that. Plus, we can award CEH to your staff for their participation in your training programs, subject to prior approval.
